Think you are really active? I thought I was. Then I got my FitBit. I was moving a lot less than I thought.
This little band has been by my side for a year now - you may see it change colors, but it is there. Tracking my activity. 
I LOVE it! It tracks my steps, active minutes, calories burned, miles traveled, and my sleep. It syncs with MyFitnessPal to keep track of calories in versus calories out.  I once left it in its charger and forgot it on my way to Zumba! I had to remind myself that my body wouldn't know the difference, even though I wouldn't get credit for all those steps!!

I'll take the purple pair...

Nature Box

I recently learned about Nature Box.  It is like Birchbox, but instead of makeup - you get healthy snacks.  The company states that the average American intakes 25% of their calories from snacks - whoa!  So the company is dedicated to supplying healthier snack choices.  I used a promo code I had seen on Facebook to try it out.  Today, I received my first box!  Look what was inside...

The size I ordered (Nature Box Deluxe Package) came with 5 full-sized packages of snacks.  The snacks don't have any: artificial sweeteners, high fructose corn syrup, trans fat, artificial colors, artificial flavors, or partially hydrogenated oils.  

Cherry Ganache Granola

This was my favorite - delicious!  I couldn't wait to have some for lunch!  It even came with a recipe for Cherry Ganache S'mores.

Peanut Butter Nom Noms

Yum!  100 calories is a little too much for me for one cookie, but my husband will certainly enjoy having these in his lunch!! 

Guacamole Bites

If you are a guacamole lover, this one is probably right up your alley.  Unfortunately, my husband and I don't care for it.  Our friends who came over for taco night last night will be enjoying this bag!

BBQ Kettle Kernels

I had never had a snack like this, but I really enjoyed it!  This would definitely be a healthier alternative to munching movie theater popcorn.  

Salsa Spiced Nut Mix

Great flavor!  This mix is a great source of protein and is different from anything I've had before.

I definitely enjoyed getting the box - I think part of it is the thrill of the surprise.  My husband and I liked 4 out of 5 of the snacks.  Their website states that after your first box, you are able to customize your box, so I'll be interested to see how that works.  Also, soon they will make it so you can list specific allergies.  This would be especially great for families with kids!
